I think you have misunderstood my posts.

With reference to HR I have never said there are no problems I have just stated what I was told (very recently) about the running of the commercial centre.

I have had to deal with alot of administration etc in Spain and know that a positive attitude has helped me get where I am today,  enjoying Spain...

I have a business here that takes me on to all the resorts in the area from Condado in the South through to Alicante in the North and I have met and worked with at least 5-6000 owners. I have also bought myself or been involved (for family) in the purchase of 14 properties in the area. All of which has gained me experience.

I believe that if there is a  problem, actually do something about it (or get a Lawyer to do something about it), dont just moan about it. If you do all you can to resolve it and you cant, you have  a decision to make accept it or get out.

we are just back from roda and everyone we spoke to said de vere are still very much running the golf etc and are not pulling out.

granted they have put decions on the hotel back till december but this is due to current financial climate.

on the plus side there, they have started work on sports facilities, comercial centre and the first shop has opened ;-)
