Key Holders - Recommended

 Just a thought... dont know if anyone is looking for a keyholder but if so we using Mark and Tracy on Jardin 10  J1119 who do a brilliant job for us.  Also offer full range of things and very friendly and helpful..... if anyone needs there details then send me a message and i will send them through  or give them a knock when you are out there !!!!

We have been using Mark and Tracy who absolutely fantastic, we are so pleased with the service we have received and would highly recommend them.

We would like to recommend Carol (angelbabe) as a property manager.

We know that our property has been left in good hands as she has found damp twice in the past few months for us whilst doing her weekly checks.  She always goes out of her way to help people and is a really nice person.

 Whichever keyholder you choose, I would definately recommend getting one unless you plan to visit the apartment on a very regular basis.  If it wasn't for our keyholder, I dread to think what state the apartment would've been in when we next visit at the end of January.  It's definately worth paying the keyholding fee for piece of mind.

             As per Mike & Dawn would recommend Carol (Angelbabe) she has looked after our apartment since August last year and our Renters that have used the apartment have all commented on how clean the apartment is and how helpful Carol is on arrivals or any info they may require when staying there.

We would also like to add our recommendation for Carol. She does all of the above and much more. ( She even throws new year parties)  Seriously she is brilliant at what she does and we have every confidence in her and her team

We also would like to recommend Mark and Tracy Jardine 10, as they look after our apartment ,we get regular emails to let us know everything is ok,which just gives you peace of mind. They offer the full service for renting etc. and are also great for all those jobs that need completing (which is a god send as my husband is not handy at all).

I hadn't really decided whether or not I was going to have a keyholder or not but after reading the previous threads it looks like it should be something  Ilook into at least.
