15 Nov 2011 11:51:Can you perhaps shed any light on who might be able to print these labels other than the tax office as we have now run out of ours. I thought from next year we were going to have to complete them on line - is this the case?

09 Nov 2011 16:22:As the previous poster said there is a lot of competion around regarding letting properties. In my opinion (and it is only my opinion) if you are buying to supplement your pension then you would probably be better looking back in the UK as the rents are nota s high as they used to be in the Spain. The initial purchase price does not include the additonal tax you have to pay on top of the purchase price and the notary and legal fees can be quite high. Also if you rent your property but are not an actual Spanish resident you get no allowances and the total rent received for the year is taxable.
Maybe just something to look into before you take that step!

09 Dec 2010 22:35: You are correct. I forgot when I printed off the form that all these pages printed and of course I discarded all of them bar the two that I thought I required, when in fact we required all of them -bank, the tax office and a copy for ourselves. I had to print this off 3 times as there are three of us involved in the property!!

09 Dec 2010 14:05:If you are going to downloan the form and pay at your bank you require to print off three copies. One for the bank, one for the tax office and one for yourself. The bank will stamp them when you pay.
