Over the last months I have recieved Pms and e- mails from many involved in all of this .On many occasions the persons concerned did not find out about the plight of SJ /HdT until October 2008.What does this says about the original Agents and Lawyers that we used and indeed about SJ/HdT who had an obligation to us as customers .It speaks for it's self, but what about the plight of these poor purchasers .
The lucky ones found EOS first and had a chance to read through the different opinions that all you good people , who through no obligation to anyone , choose to share with others if it could help .
The unlucky ones googled SADM and ended up on the SARC site ,where they were told all was well and they would get their houses.
They were told that there was absolutely no need to do anything .
I have now heard from 2 people this week who found the SARC web site before EOS both elderly , they have done nothing to protect themselves legally and when I asked them why they said no we are OK we are with SARC.
Is this wrong or what .I want to see litigation against SARC in the UK .They have conned people to better their own ends , These people have been duped by SJ/HdT and as if that was not enough now SARC have misled them them .They trusted SARC.Tony and Brian led them to believe quite forcefully that they knew what was best .They did NOT .
SARC thought they had some influence by association to SJ/HdT but they did NOT and have damaged many and a wasted the valuable time they had to get legal protection in this dreadful situation . I want to see SARC in the UK courts . Regards`JA
