Letters from the administration in December

OK. Probably time to start a new thread, before we upset Twigit!  Has anybody any thoughts on what happens next, and is there anybody else who hasn't received their letters yet?  One important question is - do we have to reply to the letter and if so, what date have they given? (Guess that is two questions?)

Cant help but say it sounds as though the lawyer is really the best person to handle any info from the builder who is in breach.

Are your solicitors in possession of the letters Sue and all................and if so why can't they update as an ongoing representation of what youve paid for???

The best bit i read was on the twigytt thing where someone said they are not going to contest the breach of contract...that means it should be cheap as chips to get the court to agree you suing them for return of money..........dosn't it???

Bad news for SARC ers i think.

Lawsuits are being dealt with in mass this month so we should soon obtain the resolution of our contracts.It is your lawyer who should reply to the letter if necessary, although he may have already done so.
