 Hi everybody,

Although it's quite interesting to hear about flights from Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds and Bristol etc. it's not exactly relevant to me living in Northern Ireland.

If there are any fellow Northern or Southern Irish Condado De Alhama property owners, I'd maybe like to discuss issues that are more relevant to us?

I'm from County Down and hopefully I'd like to hear about when and where people are flying out to Condado De Alhama from similar airports as myself? Merry Christmas. Geoff.

Hi Geoff

We are from Cavan and we will be flying with Ryanair from Dublin in March, got a great deal both ways but of course with young children we had to pay loads of extras, like luggage, aiport check in and priorty booking. The flight times suit us perfectly so we are not complaining. Hope to meet up with you sometime.

Hi Geoff

We live in Enniskerry, County Wicklow (though I am originally from Scotland) - partner and son fiercly proud to be Irish!

Bought on Jardn 7, upstairs two bedroom and love it cant wait to get back out at Easter.  Usually fly Ryanair, from Dublin,  moan constantly about them but sure, where else can you fly for that price - even paying €500 for flying out for two weeks at Easter school holidays beats package to Canaries (2 grand last year)

Quite a few Irish out there, few on Jardin 7  - they are where the good parties are

Viv

Going out next week 28th for the New Year, then back out midterm in Feb and have booked summer holidays from 22nd June to 7th July for 464 for 3, cant beat that price for summer with Ryanair. Aerlingus do have specials on after xmas to Alicante. We are also on garden 7

Let me know.

Hi Geoff,

We have bought on Condado - Los Naranjos 8 - are you near there?  We live in Belfast and just completed in November after a short delay but have not been out since October.  I am hoping to go across nexr month to fit lights and do some odd jobs and make sure everything is ok with the snagging done by PW.

I checked flights and can fly from Dublin to Murcia with Ryanair quite cheaply during the winter or Belfast International to Alicante with Easyjet.  During the summer, Jet 2 have plenty of flights to Murcia and when the new airport opens in 2009 (late) hopefully there will be more choice of flights for us from Belfast.  It is cheaper to book well in advance if you know the dates you will be travelling across.  Good luck and stay in touch.

Hello fellow Irish.

Geoff, Roadster, a special hello to you fellow Northerners - we are from county down, bought on Jardin 11, and completed in October.  we have been out twice since, flying both times from Dublin to alicante because simply it has been by far the cheapest!!  we are out again 11-16 Feb, again from Dublin, 2 return flights for 90 euros as we are only taking hand luggage - excellently cheap!!

We have noticed that not surprisingly, July and August are at least double the price, but still manageable if you avoid the weekend flights.

Hope to meet up with you at some stage in the near future for a sociable beverage - beer, wine, sangria - we will happily drink the lot!!

Hi all

Dubs here ..

We're in Jardin 4 of Los Naranjos. We only collected the keys during November but have already booked 4 sets of flights for next year. as far as I can remember they're a mixture of flights from Dublin to Alicante, Murcia and even Almeria (which isnt that far if you dont mind a slightly longer drive) - mostly Ryanair but some Aer Lingus. Theres no doubt if you avoid weekends & stick to hand luggage the costs can be kept fairly low.

We've three kids so you'll probably hear us before you see us ! Will be looking for some golf buddies once the courses get started..

Good to hear a few Dubs about the place.

We are in garden 13 and usually fly ryanair into Murcia. Been out a few times usually long weekends for furniture etc. but looking forward to a week end of Jan to have a good look around. Booked Wed to Wed when prices are low.

Hope to see you all soon particularly when the course kicks off.

Claire and David.
