Hello All,

 

I have a tenant who is refusing to sign a lease. I have left him into an apartment of mine and he is paying rent but can get him to sign up a lease.. What is he playing at? I could just go down and kick him out...not a problem...but i need his rent to pay the mortgage. Any advice welcome
