Hi FIN it is beyond belief that someone would rubbish me and every sensible remark I have made about this situation and the under hand nature of SARCO , then demand information from me that I have paid my excellent legal eagle to provide .Beggars belief .Also can you imagine if I was asked to attend a medical conference and report back and I reported "my Impression of what was said"instead of what was actually said, struck and off come to mind. As all can see from the IWMH thread Brianmags has admitted I presume on behalf of SARC and Tony that all along they were giving "their impression of"  not what was actually said at meetings and in reports .Shocking ,corrupt  and unfair for those who have been taking  their advice JA

What impressions are you talking about?  We have posted what we have been told be our solicitor and we are getting the reports translated for us all to read.  Now as for your remark as to the information given to you by Martin, well it is up to you what you do with it. However, it is a shame that you wish to make negative remarks but give them no substance just attacks on SARC etc.

So JA I very nicely ask for you to put up or shut up. The choice is yours and please bare in mind that more purchasers are joining SARC , which is by name and nature a purchasers co operative, so do you wish to cooperate with you fellow purchasers?

Although I would also like to add that Sarco are a joke in Spain with SJ /HdT and anyone else involved in this case . Almu,SJ/HdT  et al call them the followers ie the believers and mock them .They are reffered to within these circles as the mad /thick sculled English with a gift/wish for losing money. Believe me SARCO are a laughing stock and are affecting not one single part of this process although they are making things harder for the rest of us who want something back  quickley  .JA

 alas it is true. I have spoken to few ex- workers for san jose who report the same very thing. It makes me mad that they feel they can treat us this way. I have also spoken to some local professionals within the area who are astounded to say the least about the determination of these people to paint a rosy picture in the face of all the ONGOING lies and bull.

For reference the spanish are all going to court in jan and there are multiple lawsuits against the developer for fraud and misappropriation of funds

"Sarco are a joke in Spain" - I did mention some months ago that the media were reporting such, and not just the English rags.

here we go again, i made a nice request for Ja to put the information she had onto either here or somehow get me a copy and somehow it has managed to be turned around to slag off the sarc group.

julie why cant you just be a nice person and supply the date being requested, if you like i will pay for the photo copies and send it to u via paypal. lets stick to what was requested here in the first place and stop the slagging off of other groups. dont throw stones.

Instead of attacking JA for not giving you a copy, why not speak with your own expert legal advisors?
Why rely on JA's LA when you don't know how good or not they are?
Why not ask for "Tigers" lawyer to supply?

I was informed by a very reliable source that JA ( not her real name) is one of your clients. The line should be read in context of the whole posting and then it can be clearly seen what is meant.  JA has refered to being sent a trasnslation and keeps refering to it whilst failing to provide any substance to her cliam. There was no intention to drag you into this exchange. I post the complete posting below so that it can be read in full and people can see what is being referd to.

InterstinglyJA has not answered the posting but gone on making derogatory remarks which i believe is a sign of a weak arguement that lacks substance.
