Received our letter reference setting up the community on 28th October at 10:00, delighted that we will be in Spain then. Hope to see plenty of people at the meeting.

Certainly Arne - the letter is from Canovas. It says that Quara have requested that they set up a residents association. They ask us (or our representative) to attend a meeting at Villamartin Golf Club in the restaurant upstairs at 10.00 for the first call and 10.30 for the second call on 28 October. The minutes are:
1. To form the community of owners
2. Election of the committee
3. Modality of economic system
4. Any other business
They enclose a proxy form at the end of the letter to send back to them if you are unable to attend.
And that's it!

We are sending our Proxy form directly to Jean not as requested on the form to be returned to CANOVAS. I would suggest this is a much better option for other people.

About proxy wote; the law says you can give it to anyone who will attend to the meeting.
