09 Sep 2008 12:00 AM by manion . 27 forum posts Send private message Carjet I dont know if anyone has used this company but as a word of warning we have had a vary bad experience with them - they are rude and unpleasant and basically dont in our opinion care about us the customer, maybe we were just unlucky but we will keep clear of them in the future. After our breakin a few weeks ago and the loss of the hire car keys we complained to Carjet about the delay in getting new keys and the fact the extra insurance we paid did not cover the loss. We had a reply to say they would make inquiries, a week later still nothing from them. The company that time was Solmar.
