We completed at UGR La Tercia in May, the development is looking good. The golf course is due to open on the 13th Oct ( although owners have been able to play the course already ) along with the clubhouse, 2nd phase properties are well under way.
Commercial centre almost completed, just awaitng for the units to be let out and opened. There is a local Spar shop now open on site. A number of swimming pools are open for use.
When did you last visit La Tercia?
