Hi All

We have bourght at  B-3 M-20 Phase 2 back in May,  which is due for completion July 2009 and are now sat cooling our heels, its good to know were not on our own. Does anyone reading this know, besides whats been posted,  for sure what the monthly service costs are? We  are a bit worried as costs listed by sush are more than what we were led to believe when purchasing ie we were told they would be cheaper than the UK.

We are going out there in April 2008 and would be interested in renting an apt. in phase one if anyone has one completed by that date.  The idea is to sus out the site and surrounding areas, take photos etc. and post them on the site for all to see.

 Is anybody using the MRI facilities?  ie aftersales etc.

Hi Sue  and Clive,

UGR are considering a phased completion process for Phase 1 because, they have realised that it will be logistically impossible to complete everyone within a 4 week period. There will be further news on this as it happens all the Phase 1 properties will be ready and finished by December. The handover of the keys will probably begin from Jan 08 onwards.

***There are budget proposals for Phase 1 communidad fees. links masters etc. some 50 euros a month, Greens and similar apartments with larger communal areas approximately 80 euros a month , villas no communal contribution but a 20 euro a month contribution by all owners including villas to the overall running of the whole resort (roads, lighting, etc.).***

** The communidad budget mentioned does not yet include the cost of the communal area costs for the rest of the development. The costs currently quoted only include the actual properties/block and not the exterior bits i.e dustbins, lighting, exterior green areas, pools etc.** This figure still has to be guesstimated pro-rata***.

We also purchased a property on B3 M-20 last September and are planning to rent on Phase 1 later this summer to have a look round.  We have contacted MRI aftersales to join and they are also going to find out details of any rentals available.  As you have bought in the same area, does this mean we will be neighbours??
