Help needed

Hi everyone,

                   Anybody who is thinking of visiting to check on their investment,we rent out a 2 bed,2bath ,groundfloor apartment  on Roda Golf Resort just 5mins by car from Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor & 10 mins from San Javier airport. visit www.rodagolfdreams.co.uk  for anymore info.

 We completed in Dec 06 & started renting it out from March 07 & so far we have had very good feedback.

I am buying up at La Tercia (Phase 1) but we already have a luxury 2 bed 2 bath ground floor Roda apartment ready and available for rental if you are thinking of visiting the area to review progress at La Tercia which is doing very nicely I have to say.

As Lyndy says, Roda is an ideal base for your review trips with access to lovely Blue Flag beaches at Los Alcazares, fab restaurants, good shopping etc. etc. as well as the lovely facilities at Roda Golf & Beach Resort.

Please confirm prices for your Apt in December '07?

Also:

1. Has the Roda Golf Resort now totally completed and if not how much are you expecting your rental prices to appreciate by the time they are completed?

2. What are you paying in total for Community Charges / Maintanence / bills etc?
