Up To Date Pictures!

Hi All, Darren & Jane from block 9 2B here, I've been over to spain this week and i've added some new pictures. The pool is looking good now, but obviously looking to get the comunual areas finished.

I believe there are a few of us now looking to pay or have paid a 1/4 fee to Milenium Management Co. At the moment the door downstairs is being propped open by a small stone as the lock is now completely knackered. Maybe we should get this company to sort this lock out. We also need to push the size of the comunual land as we are supposed to have 3800 square metres and we only probably have half of that.

Let's all get on to Milenium and sort all of this out.

The photographs look great and at long last things seem to be movingt!!
As you probably know Peter (Frank) is taking over as President from the 1st October, so when we go out on the 5th October for a week we have a meeting with Victor from Milenium on either Monday or Tuesday to try and sort quite a few problems out.  
Top of the list is obviously the door, (we thought about suggesting a security numerical touch pad door which would do away with the need for keys etc) the lifts, water and electricity as a starting point!!
We will be doing our best to deal with these issues but we will always welcome any imput from all residents.
We are also planning a website for block 9 community, which will incorporate a monthly newsletter.  We will be putting a paper one to each apartment with our details to start with when we are over.

What flat is Peter in? We will introduce ourselves when we go.  The news letter sounds a great idea, can't wait to see it.
