Sevilla: A wonder

Hi All

Just thought we would let you know that the builder has done it again!!

Beginning of November we arranged through out Solicitors, we dont bother with the agents (they never helped us so I wouldnt think they are going to start now) to purchase a parking space.  Arranged a so called reduced price, which was only the agents fee, and sent over to our Solicitor deposit money, and awaited our contract.

A month later, the builder still hadn't sorted the contract out and then decided that he wanted the full amount for the parking space, and we were basically told "that we could take it or leave it" - what a ----ing attitude.  This is our builder.

Thank you for the up to date photographs, it looks fab and cant wait to see it when we are next out, but is it about time that "our builder" gets his finger out and finishes our block 9, we dont even have any lights outside!!!

Pete and I dont always comment , but please always count us in on any communial problems.

Hello,

We were interested in parking & storage but the price put us right off.  If they are left with them all on their hands maybe they will see sense and ask a reasonable price for them in a year or two.

Joe & I are going over on Saturday for Christmas & New Year.  We are really looking forward to Christmas Lunch with Karen Anthony & Tatiana.

If anyone else is paying a visit let us know, perhaps we could organize a New Year celebration.
