Rio Seco walk - Pinar de Camopoverde

Hi all

Have been informed by Polaris that original Phase 2 has an indefinite delay.  Has anyone else had any information. They really want us to move but are very fed up having moved from Condado.  Has anyone from original phase 2 got their money back.

Any info would be good

heard that they will be finished in June next.  Did anyone else get a bank endorsement for their money.   We paid over a year ago and are still awaiting same.  has anyone ever successfully pulled out of contract?  we are fed up waiting!

Hi All

Have just returned from trip and visit to customer services regarding our property on new phase 2.  The lady we spoke to confirmed that Polaris do not yet have the building licence and so work on properties cannot start until this is granted and there is no idea when this will be.  We asked about transferring to a property on Phase 1 and were told we would have to pay current prices, which are considerably higher then ours.  We did visit Terrazas and took photos of the apartments that are ready I have uploaded these if anyone is interested.  They look great just wish we knew when ours would be built.  Phase 2 is to built where the cranes are in the photos looking over the green area. once they have the licence.
