Hi,

I'm off to Spain on the 15th to hopefully complete on my Jardine apartment. I am staying at the Nelva Hotel in Murcia for the duration.
I will however be driving for the first time and as yet I cannot find a definitive location for Condado De Alhama, so am in a bit of a fog as to where it is, having only been there on the inspection trip.

I've just bought the AA road map of Spain and the location is not highlighted there (I'm assuming its because it wasnt/isnt built at the time of going to print!)

So anyone out there have driving instructions to get from San Javier to Murcia and then from Murcia itself to Condado De Alhama??

From Airport
From San Javier take the AP7 towards Cartegena, take the exit for Torre Pacheco. Follow this road and you will see Polaris Mar Menor resort on the right with new building works. When you reach the road island immediately after this construction works ( you will also see a red hotel with white dots opposite ) honest, anyway turn right at that island and follow that road till you reach the next island. Here take the exit signposted A30, you will then come to the RM02 at a new island at the junction with the A30. Joint this new motorway RM02 for quite a few miles, passing Hacienda Del Alamo resort on your right. Take the exit signposted Mazarron RM03(?) and Condado is about 2 miles on the left.

NELVA TO CONDADO
Im staying at the Nelva 13-16 and wil be going to Jardines. I can show you the way from Murcia, although its quite easy really,in Murcia ring road, follow signs for Alcantarilla Andalucia and Granada get on the A7 (E15) for 20 km ish and just past Alhamo de Murcia get off on the MU602 signed Cartagena and then next junction get off on the MU603 signed Marazzon. Condado is second junction down. Stop at any garage and get a Michelin map - Comunidad Valencia, Murcia.
AIRPORT TO MURCIA (NELVA)
Leave airport and follow signs for Murcia. C3319. 15 km ish Then just past Murcia Furniture on RHS stay right lane signed Murcia and get onto A30. After 5-7 ish kms of a twisty bit over the hills etc. This takes you to Murcia. I turn right after jn 146 i think signed Picanto (or similar) (just after MAKRO on RHS ), stay on this road for 3 kms and it leads direct to the Nelva. This saves going onto the city centre ring road which can be quite slow at times. If you get into the city try and work east towards Alicante, Nelva is on the ring road. Next to Nelva ia CARREFORE and and a huge part built sky scraper with part glass in (technology building) which is easliy visible.
