To the front of the property is a small terraced garden area with pots & 5 steps up to a large, east facing front terrace with a pergola and a pvc covered roof for shade, plus a dining table with 4 chairs. This is the ideal spot in which to enjoy al fresco meals, and is also very private. On entering the villa, there is a large lounge with lots of natural light due to its dual aspect, with air conditioning, 2x 2 seater cream leather sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is separate from the lounge and comes fully fitted. All white goods are included and there is ample storage space and work surfaces. From the kitchen there is a door taking you out to the back patio where there is plenty of space to house table and chairs etc. There is an awning for extra shade as this terrace is south west facing, there is also a gas barbeque and a brick built storage cupboard. Steps lead up to the huge rooftop solarium. There are superb panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and distant mountains, a perfect spot to relax and stargaze in the evenings. At the end of the lounge there is an archway through to the three bedrooms and family bathroom with a large walk in shower. The bedrooms are currently configured as two doubles and one single. There is an additional cleaning and service charge of Euro 50 per stay, plus a surcharge of Euros 25 per pet per stay.
The property is currently being prepared for rental, so is not available just yet. We are expecting to get the required tenancy licence by late June 2022, after which I will upload fresh images showing the TV, music centre, microwave, bed linen and solarium sun loungers.
The property is located in a quiet area on the ever popular Residential Camposol Golf Development. Camposol (land of sun) sits in a natural, wide valley and is surrounded by various mountain ranges and wonderful open, rolling countryside.
Camposol benefits from two commercial centres, both with a variety of supermarkets, shops, a vets, optician, hairdresser's, dentist, banks, post office, bars and restaurants. There is also a medical centre, pharmacy and a community centre, and of course the 18 hole golf course & clubhouse, which hosts lots of social events, live music etc. The clubhouse is an easy 25 minute walk / 2 minute drive from this bungalow.
Camposol is only a 15 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean and the wonderful marina of Puerto de Mazarron. The new Murcia International Airport (Corvera) is less than a 30 minute drive, and Alicante Airport is approximately 1 hour away.
