The price for long term rental in winter is 850€/month (November to April), 1000€/month for May, June, September, October, and 2500€/month for July and august. Utilities (water, electricity, internet) are to be paid per bills. Long term rental requires minimal 2 months. No short term rentals. Refundable damage deposit is 1000€. The Final cleaning fee is 85€. Annual rental is preferred, and the price can be discussed.
The holiday home is located in Orihuela Costa Blanca South (Alicante) and has more than 300 sunny days a year. Situated close to AP7 motorway and N332 national way making it easy access to Alicante airport (50km) and Murcia Covera airport (50km). The area offers many entertainments for all ages. There are stunning beach walks that stretch from Playa Flamenca to Cabo Roig. Torrevieja is only 10min drive with its water parks, beaches, Salt Lake and shoppings. The University Hospital of Torrevieja is less than 1.5 km where English is widely understood. Eliche is 30 km away with it's lovely safari park for kids. Also in the area are golf resorts within a few minutes drive, Go karts, roof top Mini Golf, bowling, casino and a few markets: Cabo Roig (Thursday), Torrevieja (Friday), Playa Flamenca (Saturday). The famous La Manga Club Resort is just 40 min drive. La Mata, Guardamar del Segura, Pilar de Campoamor, Horarada and many others, each of which has its own beaches and plenty of entertainment.
