The townhouse is situated in a very quiet residency within 5 min walk to the nearest shops, bars, restaurants and less than 2km to the Cabo roig strip and campoamor blue flag beach. The Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre is within 5 min drive where you can enjoy it's fantastic array of designer shops, kids play area, restaurants and bars, and free entertaints during the day and evenings.

The townhouse is furnished to high standard with floor heating in bathrooms, central air condition, fibre optic internet, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dish washer, microwave, oven, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, cafe machine, kitchen towels.
Additional amenities include washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, bath towels, BBQ unit. Baby-cot is available for renting and upon request. Airport transportation can be arranged upon request.


Refundable 500€ damage deposit is required for short term rental at the time of booking (this is refunded within 10 days after checking out if no damage or missing items identified).

Refundable 1000€ damage deposit is required for long term rental at the time of booking (this is refunded within 10 days after checking out if no damage or missing items identified).

A final cleaning fee of 100€ is required for short or long term rental.

The price for short term rental including utilities (water. Electricity, fibre optics internet).
The price for long-term rental doesn't including utilities.
The price for long-term rental in May, June, September and October is 1200€/ months. Price in July and August is per weekly. No long term rental.
Long-term rental minimum 2 months.
Long-term rental up to a year or longer can be discussed.

The holiday home is located in Orihuela Costa (Alicante) and has more than 300 sunny days a year. Situated close to AP7 motorway making it easy acess to Alicante airport (50km) and the Newly opened Corvera Murcia airport (50km). The N332 national way passes through cabo roig. A car is recommended for excursions, although not essential for daily lives as shops, bars, restaurants, fuel station, ATM and local shopping centre is within walking distance.
