Fully furnished, 2 bedroom apartment in Porto Fino development ideally situated close to all amenities. An ideal location 5minutes from beach and Marina.
APARTMENT DETAILS:
The accommodation consists of an air conditioned sitting-dining room, with dining table for 4, sofas, lamps, TV with the option of English channels on tv using wifi which is an extra charge.
Patio doors with shutters lead out onto a large L shaped balcony overlooking the pool, which is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
The kitchen, which is separate, is fully fitted and includes full-size ceramic hob and oven and large fridge-freezer. Toaster, kettle, microwave, hair dryer, iron and all pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils are supplied. Back door leads to the balcony which has an outside sink and a fully automatic, front loading washing machine.
The main bedroom is air conditioned and has a double bed, bedside tables with reading lights, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. A large full-length window, which opens on to the balcony, ensures the room is light and airy. Window has shutters fitted.
The twin bedroom has two twin beds, bedside table with reading light and a wardrobe. Window has shutters fitted.
The bathroom has bath/shower, sink, bidet, toilet and mirror.

Development has a large, gated, communal swimming pool open from March to October, lift access and is five minutes walk from the beach and marina, five minutes walk to the golf course and one minute walk from the bus stop and supermarket. It is 30 minutes from Almeria Airport, 2 hours from Malaga Airport and only 2 hours from skiing in the Sierra Nevada. This is an ideal apartment for people without transport as all amenities are within walking distance.
Activities around Almerimar include water sports, golf, horse riding, cycling, sailing, walking and many more.
