This 2nd floor penthouse apartment is on the exclusive development of Parques Casablanca, situated on the Benissa coast at La Fustera between Calpe and Moraira. It has stunning views from the private terrace over the pools and complex to the sea, the surrounding villa-dotted hillsides and to Rock Ifach beyond. The sandy, safe beach of Playa La Fustera is within walking distance. There is a medium size supermarket at La Fustera along with a selection of nearby restaurants as well as the coastal footpath running along the Benissa Coast to Calpe. The complex boasts a large lagoon pool and a separate pool for the little ones, all surrounded by lush tropical-type vegetation. There are plenty of sunbeds available for everyone. It is very peaceful as no vehicles are allowed on the complex - secure, allocated parking in the underground car park is included in the rental fee. There is absolutely no road or air noise. Parques Casablanca is a secure and safe complex covered by CCTV and has a 24/7 resident Manager. There is also an on-site gymnasium for which a small fee is payable directly to Reception. There is a pool bar/restaurant (seasonal). To safe weight and space in your suitcase, pool/beach towels can be provided by Reception for a small charge of 5 Euros each for the duration of your holiday.
The apartment has a large private terrace with stunning views leading from the lounge and bedroom. There are electrically operated awnings to provide shade if required. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6 for al fresco eating and two sun loungers.
The apartment is furnished along modern, clean lines and we hope we have provided everything you will need.. and a little more. The living area is larger than in many apartments and also has an indoor dining table and sofa bed. Internet TV is available in many different languages. Free fibre optic WIFI is available within the apartment. The bedrooms are of comfortable almost equal size and both provide lots of hanging space in large mirrored wardrobes with high specification fittings. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed and opens onto the terrace. Bedroom 2 can be with single beds or double. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine/dryer. The bathroom leads off a small lobby from the lounge and has twin sinks and a large walk in shower.
There are electrically operated external metal window shutters on all windows and mosquito nets in both bedrooms and the kitchen
