The property is ideal for Wheelchair users and consist of the following

3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Living/Dining Room, Satellite Tv and Spanish Channels,

Music Centre, Kitchen.


The Master Bedroom has a double bed equipped with a pressure reducing mattress

The ensuite has a roll-in shower with portable fan


There are 2 further bedrooms each consisting of 2 single beds.


There is a separte main bathroom with bath & separate shower cubicle


The kitchen is fully equipped with Washing Machine, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Kettle with ample pots and cutlery for you to enjoy your holiday.


There is a spacious Lounge/Dinner with the basic sky package and spanish channels. There is also a Music Centre with various CD’s and tapes.


Outside there is a large patio area ideal for wheelchairs with no steps and a large private swimming pool equipped with a hoist if needed.


There are sun loungers with cushions and patio furniture for you to enjoy alfresco eating.


The garden is a private walled garden with gates leading to the house.


The villa is about 5 minutes drive away from the village of Arboleas with local supermarket, bars and restaurants which overlook the Rambla,


The larger town or Albox is about a 10 minute drive away with shops, bars, ten pin bowling, a variety of restaurants, internet cafes and several large supermarkets. The markets have all the fresh locally grown products at great prices. The markets are on a Tuesday in Albox and on a Saturday in Arboleas they are well worth a visit.


Places to See at the Coast


The coastal resorts of Mojacar about 45 minutes drive. It has a very long beach with bars & restaurants all along the seafront and a lovely promenade.

Then there is the ancient Mojacar Pueblo situated in the side of a mountain with many whitewashed old buildings lining the streets, and a wonderful view from the top.


Other coastal places with excellent beaches, are Vera, which also includes a nudist beach and a water park, Garrucha which is a working fishing port so has many very good fish restaurants. San Juan & Aguilas Villaricos is also worth a visit and has a market on a Sunday.





Other places to visit

Granada itself is a lovely city to visit, especially if you incorporate the famous Alhambra Palace ( you will have to book online in advance for the Palace). There are sightseeing buses that run frequently.


Nearer than Granada are the lovely lakes of Baza they are about 45 minutes drive and well worth a visit the lakes themselves are breathtaking.


The Monastery at Saliente (30 mins.)


There will be a welcome pack on arrival and the linen & towels will be changed on a weekly basis if booked for more than one week.


The pool will also be cleaned weekly.


A deposit of £100 per week secures the booking.

Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.


We strongly advise all our clients to take out their own holiday insurance.

We also ask if you break anything if you just replace it like for like thank you.
