Description

* Adjacent to the front entrance there is the Guest suite offering a very spacious bedroom (Large double and a single) with a full en suite bath and shower room.
* Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, the Master bedroom offering a superb teak floored room with bath and washbasin and a" Jack and Jill" shower and W.C. The other double bedroom has its own washbasin alcove, its own private terrace with distant sea views and the final bedroom offers two singles, ideal for children.
* The house is exceptionally convenient for shops, the harbour and local beaches. The house is approached by a local lane, after which it becomes a pedestrian track leading to our local village of San Clemente. The house is only available July and August.
Whilst enjoying total seclusion, the house is uniquely situated only 3 kms outside the capital of Mahon. This enables you to access all the major shops and supermarkets within minutes plus access to Mahon's magnificent harbour where there are an incredible number of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets. The nearest beaches are a mere 10 minute drive away.
Like all small islands, you are not far from the airport but noise levels are minimal and brief.
