The villa is located in a safe, private, peaceful community on a finca very close walking distance to Puerto Banus and the beach. Private time in a heated jacuzzi in the garden area next to the pool can be can be enjoyed. We have tenants in the flat now, but sadly they are going to have to return to England at the end of October. References are available and happily provided. The owner of the villa lives below and has been renting for the past 11 years and is a super host on Airbnb so quality environment is guaranteed. The nearest supermarket is Supercor and Mercadona which is only 500m away located behind the villa in Aloha is full of many international restaurants and cafes as well as ATMs, carryouts farmacy and convenience shops. All a 5-10 minute walk away.
The villa sits on a private cul de sac with no thru exit at the end so cars can park privately and safely just outside the villa's walls.
