Description

Fully renovated Farmhouse set in 8500 sq metres of gardens and orchards. Gravelled entrance leads to parking area and double car port. Grounds near the house are paved and very private leading to the 12 x 5 metre heated swimming pool. Alongside the pool is a Summer Kitchen, bar and barbecue. Next to the poolhouse, there is an outside toilet and shower for bathers. There are 70 sq metres of covered terrace offering outside dining for 8 plus a lounge area with for settees, ideal for early evening drinks. There are several other seating and dining areas in the gardens including a timber pergola with sheltered seating for 6. The farmhouse kitchen, which leads directly onto the covered terrace, is really large and ideal for large family dinner preparation plus an inside dining area for 6. There is a downstairs shower and toilet, for day use and for the non ensuite bedrooms. Adjacent to the front entrance there is the guest suite offering a very spacious bedroom (Large double and a single) with a full en suite bath and shower room. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, the master offering a superb teak floored room with bath and washbasin and a" Jack and Jill" shower and wc. The other double bedroom has its own private terrace with distant sea views and the final bedroom offers to single, ideal for children.
The house is exceptionally convenient for shops, the harbour and local beaches. There is a local lane to the house, after which it becomes a pedestrian track leading to our local village of San Clemente. The house is only avaiable Juky and August. The low and mid season prices do not apply.
