Recently Modernised Family Friendly 1st Floor 1 bed Apartment with Sunny Aspect Balcony & access to Communal Pool in a Secure Gated site. Situated in the Seaside location of "Puerto de Mazarron" it is just a 15 minute flat & level walk to Promenade, Beaches, Harbour, Restaurants & Bars.

Apartment has Aircon, Bath & Shower, Twin bedroom with Infant Cot & quality full size Double Sofa Bed in Lounge. TV+DVD with 100+ English FreeSat Channels. Combi Cooker & Hob, Fridge, Toaster, Washing Machine, Iron & Hair Dryer.

The space

Recently modernised 1st floor 1 bed apartment which sleeps 4 + 1 Infant. The bedroom has 2 full size single beds with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space and an Infant Cot available. The open plan lounge/kitchen area has a very comfortable full size double sofa bed which can be made up using just 1 hand. The full width opening patio doors lead onto an afternoon suntrap balcony. The HD TV has a DVD player (Some Childrens DVD's and Films provided) and English FREESAT channels as well as terrestrial Spanish TV.

We provide 3 sets of bed linen and bath/hand towels.

Guest access

Guests have full use of the entire apartment and will be greeted on arrival to be given keys. The apartment is in a secure locked/gated site and guests have full access to the grounds and communal pool.

Interaction with guests

Guests will be greeted on arrival by our cleaning lady to be given the keys. The cleaning lady will also be available to offer help, if needed. We can be contacted by WhatsApp at any time.

Other things to note

Every Sunday their is a huge market (around 400 stalls) on the open land to the back of the apartments. This is an excellent place to buy clothing, souvenirs etc. However, this does make parking on a Sunday very difficult so it is best to park up on the Saturday night and leave the car there until about 1pm on Sunday unless you intend to go out for the day.

The AirCon & Heating Unit is on a timer meter to be paid for as you use it. This is because of the high prices of electricity in Spain. This should not cost you more than 2 or 3 Euros a day, depending on how long you have it running.

Late arrival (after 6pm) can be accommodated at a charge of 20Euro, payable on arrival.

A late checkout may be possible. This is to be arranged when you arrive. It may not be possible due to guests arriving on the same day as you check out. If it is available there will be a charge of 20Euro, payable on arrival.

An additional cleaning fee of 45 Euros is payable per booking.
