It is a first floor cosy apartment, featuring an outdoor pool and a decent size community garden.The establishment boasts views of the lake and is 32 km from Murcia, in Costa Blanca region. The area is popular for golfing. Torrevieja is 9 km from Mirador del Mediterraneo, while Cartagena is 41 km away. The nearest airport is Murcia-San Javier Airport, 19 km from the property, howvere most of our guests prefers Alicante Airport.
There are great shopping opportunities in nearby La Zenia and Torrevieja. It is 10 minutes drive to the Blue Flag beaches in La Zenia and neighbouring areas. You can find good restaurants and bars in Villamartin (closest ones few minutes walk from Mirador) an in whole Orihuela Costa areas.
