The property is located just a few minutes drive from the center of Estepona and is part of the Galera Park gated community. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and with communal pools for small children and for adults, along with a padel court and also close to the Albayt golf resort and spa, the property is well suited to families looking to relax with plenty of possibilities for sport and leisure activities. Keen golfers need not look to far to find good courses along this stretch of coast or slightly inland, as there are many on offer.

A well equipped kitchen means that guests can self cater, but Estepona os just a short drive away by car for trips out in the evening and offers many good restaurants, with San Pedro and Marbella also within a half hour‘s drive away also. In the opposite direction along the coast are Gibraltar and also highly recommended is a trip to the town of Tarifa and the spectacular beaches on that part of the coast.

The house itself is good size for family of four, but will also comfortably sleep six, with three bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with bunk beds more ideally suited for young children. Both the en-suite and guest bathrooms offer bath and shower facilities.

Downstairs there is a modern kitchen with an electric ceramic hob, electric oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room joins with a dining space, but two sets of double patio doors lead out onto a spacious terrace and patio garden, ideal for enjoying breakfast and dinner outside during the Spring and Summer months.
