2 bedrooms apartment with front terrace, small back gallery and roof solarium in a quiet location, on the outskirts of San Pedro del Pinatar and next to Thalesia Hotel. The apartment easily caters for 4 people. This is apartment with basic furnishings, basic equipped kitchen and marble worktops. The Living room and terrace are overlooking Nature Reserve Parks, Salinas and Mediterranean Sea in close up. The bedroom windows are overlooking large communal park with swimming pool. From my kitchen gallery you can see the entrance to the Thalesia Hotel. This location is especially recommended for people who enjoy walking and cycling as there are a variety of coastal and natural park reserve walks and cycling paths which are just minutes away from the apartment. Within a walking distance from the apartment about 5 min there is San Pedro main bus station with regular bus services to nearby cities: Cartagena, Murcia, Toravieja, Alicante. Street Fruit market is on Thursday and Monday.
Summary Paragraph 2 Holiday apartment in ideal location: close to the airport, close to motorway, close to town and all amenities close to two seas Mediterranean and Mar Menor and variety of beautiful sandy beaches, the unspoilt and wild ones almost private and those with plenty of people on them with children playing areas, water sports, restaurants, cafes promenades and mud baths. The Salt Lakes and Nature Reserve Park are just 10 min walk away from the apartment. There are numerous cycling and walking paths to explore the area and if walking is too much in a hot summer days then bicycles are possible to hire free of charge for 4 hours a day. Next door is Thalesia Hotel with it's bars and restaurants, pools, therapies and fitness centre. There is so much to see and enjoy in the area that you will be spoilt by choice what to do first. Long Term rental available - price as advertised + bills of water & electricity. My apartment is available for long term rental from October 2020 to 10 January 2020 at 300 euro per each month + bills for electricity and water.Also I ask for 700 euros deposit this is refundable. At the end of your stay you need to pay 60 euros cleaning charges. Summer weekly rent is 200 + 60 cleaning + 100 deposit for 1 week. Minimum stay in the summer 1 week. For weekly rent my apartment is free for the whole month of July, and it is booked already from 1-29 August and from 23 - 30 September. Also available for long or short holiday rental from 10 may to end of June.
