Both terraces are owned by the community but the bar has full choice to use the top terrace as they wish.
The pools are property of the community and mantained fully by the Community Maintenance Team. (This means that you have the full use of 2 pools without any maintenance or cleaning to worry about)

We own all the tables and chairs on the top terrace giving seating for around 64 people.
The bar is mostly outside with a small number of seats inside.

The bar and kitchen come fully equipped with fridges,freezers,industrial oven,microwaves,industrial meat slicer,pizza grill,fryers,osmosis water system,all glasses,cutlery etc etc.

The urbanisation has 142 apartments,some residential but most are holiday rentals.

The majority of our customers are English and Spanish but we also have many Dutch,German,South American etc.

We normally open from Mid March until the end of October but have at times opened in January as the weather has been so good.

We open the kitchen from 9am-4pm serving breakfasts,snacks and main meals,the bar is open 9am-10pm in high season.
We also cater for special occasions ie,weddings,birthday parties and also have BBQ days and live music.

All the bars licences are up-to-date,all the electrics were renewed a few years ago and are inspected every 5 years.The last inspection was last year (2022)
Everything is legal and registered.

There are community fees and these are payable in two instalments which 40% is in May and 60% in October.Total amount is around €2300 which includes water bills also.

The bar is 48sq metres with a disabled toilet and store room,there is 2 toilets plus an outside shower also.

The bar is very popular with both people from the community plus anyone else on the island.
