In respect of the so called management company may I suggest the following

 

1) ask for the list of directors and compare it to MLH/Interlaken

2) ask for the community monies to be put into an escrow account ie make sure it is ring fenced

3) ask for the budget and breakdown of the monies they are using including salaries and monies to directors

4) company accounts

5) withhold all monies until it is not going to Interlaken by the backdoor or it is actually spent to the satisfaction of the property owners ie job done properly.

I think if you play softball with this company they will just ignore you as they clearly dance to Interlaken's tune.  A tune we all know is out of key.

I would be very pleased to be kept informed.  I have not yet completed nor frankly do I wish to given the totally crap product I am having to buy.   I believe you will find that the maintenance contract is in some way connected to Interlaken and they all take a large slice of the cake at our expense.   I would like to shut down this web of dishonesty and deceit and would appreciate all details as soon as you have them.

I am compiling a list of clients of Lexland  and specifically Antonio Mourenza who may have been adversely affected in their decision to buy in Casares.  ie failure to provide a translation of the contract, failure to ensure bank guarrantees were in place with the contract etc etc.

All names will be held in the strictest confidence but I for one am tired of the deceit and dishonesty together with the huge financial cost.

I suggest you write to your local trading standards office and the DTI in London as MLH have breached British Law.

Interlaken have ring fenced themselves with subsidiaries ie Ocean View, MLH etc so Spanish law etc becomes difficult but there is some trading standards stuff which is enforceable.  Have you contacted RDhoot as per this website.
