Dear Mr Palethorpe,
The last news that we have regarding TCC it was in a meeting that we had with Huma Mediterraneo, at the beginning of diciember in which they introduced us to their new partner, who seems to be a very reliable company. They explained us that because of this agrement between Huma and the new partner they was going to have from the banks enough funds to go ahead with the development and to cover the cost of the news bank guarantee. It is supposed that we are going to have more news during this month, and as soon as we receive it, we will contact with our clients to let them know.
Regarding the renewal of your bank guarantee, we have obtained it before Christmas, so do not worry about it.
