If anyone looks back far enough, you will see threads from me back in April 2005. I paid a deposit for an apartment in Manzana 3 Block 7 in 2004, but became very scared at what was happening on this site, and a solicitor i didn't trust. I changed solicitors and started to sue the developer on the grounds that the copletion 1 year late was in breach of contract. To my surprise the developer settled out of court, and I got my deposit back plus 6% per annum for the two years he had held it.

Having followed the nightmare since I am mightily relieved I got out of it intact, and feel sorry for those who are still having nightmares. Good luck to those who are now happier - we haven't seen the site for 2 years, but may revisit sometime soon (anyone letting out ?) to see what we missed (apart from the hassle!), Nice to hear the road is done, and what about the supermarket?

What saddens me is the constant bickering and argument going on - I thought the idea of these sites was to help each other, not score personal points.
