Second posting on this forum, My apartment is in phase 1(plot  "1013") and  will be completed soon.Once the 
resort is complete, the apartment will offer great views.
I bought it for 155k euros and would consider  reasonable offers.I will be putting it up in direct sales section.

My name is Ashok, first posting on this forum.

I bought  a 2bed apartment two years ago in phase 1. I dont know when the completion is and am now  thinking about getting a refund....what are my options??

I have not contacted PW  yet as  i gather it will not be easy but  thought of getting some info and  advise here.

any help will be greatly appreciated ..

(btw I bought it through parador)
