no you don't need planning permission, but you may need to check with president of urbanisation, depends where you want outside unit, is it pre installed?

I can recommend a plumber who also installs air con, his name is dave and he owns DMF Plumbing and Heating Solutions, he's done work for me before, he's legal aswell, his number is 666 907 456

just want to say how pleased i was with the work DMF Plumbing and Heating Solutions did on my parents apartment, my elderley parents  wanted their washing machine moving into the turret, he came out the day after i phoned him, gave me a quote and stuck to the quote when the work was finished, good tradesmen are hard to come by nowadays, he fitted some air con units for me at my apartment and again stuck to his original quote, thanks dave for the brilliant work you have done for us, i'll be sure to pass your number on to my friends, and for all of you out there his number is 666 907 456

Just wondered if you'd had your air con put in yet, i used a company called DMF Plumbing and Heating Solutions the other week, i spoke to someone called Dave, very friendly chap, he came out the next day to quote on 2 units, 1 in my front room and 1 in the main bedroom, he told me where the units would work best, ie not putting it above my front door, he gave me a very reasonable price so i went with him, he didn't want any money up front or anything, just told me to pay him when he'd finished the job and i was happy with it, it only took him a day to install it all, and he gave me a receipt, his number is 666 907 456 if your interested
