We visited Duquesa Fairways on a visit to Marbella last week, with a vague interest in purchasing something.

We were horrified at the state of the place.  You look as if you have major construction issues, not just cosmetic snagging.  Huge cracks and movement everywhere.  Finishing the gardens would be the least of our concerns.  It struck as as one of the developments you would see on a "Horror Property" show on TV.

You all have our heartfelt sympathy - suggest you join forces and get out if you can.  Wishing you all a happy conclusion.
