Hi we have three clients waiting for phase 2 only penthouses for sale {not for rent} at the right price preferably close to block 49/50 and also another waiting for south west facing penthouse on phase 2 only.

Hi pommers quite a bit of interest,we do not have a price for a villa paint as we do not have any on our books at the moment but it would not be a problem to get the painters back out.
