Dear All,

 

I jion this thread after  a couple of years, after assuming that my solicitors (LAWBIRDS) have secured an agreement with the courts and AIFOS and await some the decision of the payment and priorities to whom gets paid first. Does this sound right to you? I receive a yearly email Xmas card from LAWBIRDS, but when ever I send an email direct no relpy stange, but true.Ideas or comments please?????

I am just starting a class action lawsuit against AIFOS using Lawbirds, if you are one of the other 3 in my class-action please email me via -  davidwolfe2000@yahoo.com

Hello,

 I have just registered on this website/forum and I like so many of you  I want to obtain a refund on my initial deposit, I have been advised by 'Lawbirds' that it may be a good idea to find two other people in the same situation to take a 'class action' against AIFOS.

Has anyone formed such a group and need another member or would someone like to join me?

I thought I was the only one is this situation!!!!!!!!!!!
