having read some of the messages posted regarding the Green Hills saga my situation is exactly the same the only thing I have not done is take the developer to court the Lawyers we had originally were the Lawyers of spain and I have not had any contact with them for over a year I believe that if enough of the people who have purchased on Green hills got together we could possibly rock some boats
