hi all thanks for your reply. the kit i mentioned is an english company triax on sale to the european market which  my company was trained on. we will have to get the ok on the dish first, then i can work along side the company to design the system. i can save monies on the kit if i bring direct from uk, it will fit in a case. we will need only buy dish from local supplier.  My kids already have asked where the english TV .

as mentioned i am on site  from the 18th dec i will take some pics and post for an update.

hi june i am back for the christmas period and will drop in to see you. on the tv side of things i had probelms with my tv signal when there 3 weeks ago. paco is looking into getting it on line. i am an audio visual specialist in uk . and have looked into english tv. i spoke to a company local who can supply me with all the equipment to get all english channels.

again like you when i spoke to paco he said it would have to be agreed by community as the dish would need to be 2.8mtr. the one dish and the system i cost up can feed upto 500 units(apartments). i cost up the kit and it worked out at 65 euro per unit based on 20. this would be less if more was added as the dish is the main cost of aprox 300/400 euro. the cabling that has been installed is fine and the new system can be connected to it. a good quality freeview box would be extra at 55 euro per person who connected to the system. i would be willing to install free of charge but would do mine first so the community could see the quality and trust it works. this is the best way around the unsightly problem of dishes everywere.

i will have to wait  until it is put to the community.

hi i did not know about the community meeting date. i am staying at my property from the 18th so will be there.  i chair a local business group in liverpool so will ask for the mins of meeting. and post them

I was told b paco in september that a vote would be taken once the properties have been signed to the new owners. until then the builder has the task of making desisions.

hi i have just returned from the property last night 19th aug.09  i will be compleating on two properties on or around 20th sept. i am happy with the finishes on the properties and the overall project. it is as promessed although 1 year late.

i spoke with the developer who has informed me the builders will be off the site by december this year. the units underneath are now a suppermarket (the biggets unit) the developer will be moving the office across the road to one unit. a furniture shop is one and a food outlet of some kind. these will be finalised at the venders discresion but i have been informed quite quick.

the pool area is finished and in use (again still a bit dusty but are getting cleaned when needed) the lifts will be on line when people move into each area. some are working. the car parking is fine although some stairways are not finished. these will be in use within two weeks. the builders supply will be still used until december and cost 150Euro as a surcharge i think.   

the main roadworks into the town are well on the way but will be next year. there is now an english fish and chip shop as well as a new bar(former quick save) in the square. i have no doubt the  town will be the place in a few years may be sooner. i spoke to a couple 4 weeks ago when over, who have now moved in and said the people and town was great when they had a night out.

i do have some new pictures but  the same on site give or take.
