nicky just back from costa there is a property management company about to open work almost complete looked like english supermarket might be opening soon complex was begining to get busier but still very quite it would appear that at the moment july and august are the only times there will be any real activity. complex is lovely nice chiringito in the middle but closes at 8 30 so if you intend going out and using a taxi it can be quite expensive 30 euro round trip

As you come out on to the main road via the main entrance at the roundabout turn left and they are just there.

Cant be of much help but was there at easter and there were signs that the shops were begining to progress a large banner outside one saying english shop opening here so imagine they are being sold/let at the moment.

Can anybody recommend a professional surveyor etc to compile a snag list closing by means of solicitor on 24th April and list has to be compiled within 30 days but finding difficult to get to apt during that tgime due to other committments would be gratefull for any assistance
