New shopping centre

Work on a major new shopping centre in the San Pedro del Pinatar area will start in the next week, based at Los Saez, just off the N-332 road, and next to the existing Dos Mares shopping centre.

It’s planned that the centre, which will create 150 jobs, will be completed by November in time for the Christmas push, and will feature an AKI home improvement centre; a supermarket from the Valencian-based Vidal chain; and a Burger King restaurant.

The development will be built over 23 thousand square metres, and will also feature a furniture shop and shoe outlet as well as a petrol station.

Developer Activ Group’s boss, Mathias Buttkus, said that he did not see the adjoining Dos Mares centre as a rival to the new development but more as a complementary offering. “Dos Mares”, said Buttkus, “has no DIY superstore or shoe outlet, and what we are doing will boost business for the area”. The market plan for Los Saez sees it taking customers from across San Pedro, San Javier, Pilar de la Horadada and Los Alcázares.

We'd already retuned the TV at the start of the week and found the extra channels. But after Wednesday there was just no signal at all. 

However A2Z have been out and there is an issue with basement amplifier for our entire block so hopefully normal service will resume shortly.

Thanks Pommers - however we've tried retuning several times but it just comes up with zero channels found. 

Will check all the connections again.

Hi - has anyone got problems with their TV signal? Ours was working fine until today and now there is nothing - does anyone know if it is related to A2Z completing their global TV installation?

Is accessing the TV channels via the antenna setup now defunct and if so can anyone shed any light on how to get them?

We'd had the full list of channels as advised by Resortalia up until today. We don't subscribe to any paid service - just access the standard TV service.

We've emailed Resortalia.

Roda FM were last working from their home office but looking at new offices locally - not sure if they have moved yet or not, but still living on Roda.
