The lifts are still not working however the pools were in use from 7th April. and looked good.  Mostly it is looking great.  There is no security at the main gate but there is a night guard at the apartments.  I assume he will be there until all building is completed.  There is work on the villas every day but it is not very noisy - mainly the trucks driving up and down the road  I have posted some pictures on the site but forgot to change the dates on one of them so it is Jan 06 instead of Mar 08  I believe there are about 35 completing this month.

I am going out next week.  Our solicitor advised the pool would be filled by then however we are waiting to see ourselves.  We have had mixed messages and are not sure if they have the license for the pool or not.  I think you are wise to get your snagging completed as if you are renting you need everything completed.  We have been told that the factors are now considering a comunal sky dish without a vote so that is good news as it should happen quicker.   The garages are not lit and the lifts are not functioning.  They need to get a phone system up and running before the lifts can be operational.  We have insisted that our floor be polished as it was dull and marked.  This should be happening this week.  The site manager is a young man called Sergio.  He is really lovely but does not speak a word of English so if your Spanish is not up to much you do need a translator.  Let me know if you want me to check anything specific next week

Have you completed yet.  We did in October 07 in bloque 7 but most of the apartments appear empty.  We are still trying to get our snagging list completed and solicitor advises thatt the pool will be filled next week..  I believe that we need to wait until most people have completed before we can have full community services eg rubbish bins and there has to be a vote on sky TV.  The maintanence appears to be ongoing and kept clean.

Hi We've bought in block 6 ready in 2008.

Were out end of Jan and were able to see the show apartment - although it was only 60% complete.

Would like to hear from any other hercesa apartment buyers.
