I live in  mirador  las palmaras where they are trying to send people,  they are different builders but sold by palmeria, there are about 90 empty and they are 20,000 euros more, and gypsys have recently moved in so be carefull everyone

I am going  to group urbass office tomorrow i will let you know how I get on, I live just down the road  I brought another property with Palmeria had no  problems , but this as we all no is a nightmare, I was told yesterday that gypseys had moved into one of the apartments so we we go and see

Hi Guys

What about hanging on, bearing in mind what we paid for the property y and what is worth now,  I go to the complex every 3 weeks as i live between england  and spain, my other house is just around the courner from Am3, I have been told by james that 90 per cent is finished, and another builder will come in and eventually take over the rest.  I dont know about you guys, I am going to sit and wait over the next 6 months, and see what happens

hi   we come out her about every 5 weeks and they is acouple of residents with small dogs, so i cannot see it a problem
