Wondered if anyone has had any luck with actually getting any money back from OV.  We bought on EBCC following a visit to the site in Feb 05.  Have had cold feet several times over the past three years and thought about pulling out but have been convinced to wait a little longer each time.  Cant afford to fund this any longer and have told them we want our deposit back.  Would be interesting to hear from anyone who has had a positive outcome to their request for a refund!
