I'm looking at maybe buying a property here and can't tell from the forum posts or other searches whether the development is complete or not?

Oh, and are there many permannent residents, or are the houses all being taken for holiday lets/homes?

When I visited the area last year I found it looking very much still like a building site in many areas. 

And, with the Spanish property crash, is anyone aware of a resale property that has sold recently or one that is currently for sale at a very good price! With the current strong Euro, I need the best price I can get!
