Thanks again for all the concerns and advice I wrote on here as a concerned owner which Im more than entitled to do

I was questioned and provided answers as to what I meant as I said Im not prepared to go in to detail and the things I eluded to were only what had been put in previous posts on here so I have not conducted my business on here just referred to previous posts

I do have quite alot of evidence but as you all say there are 2 sides to every story and hopefully the truth about alot of the dealings will come out

People are very judgemental on here - I mentioned my job because I felt I needed to back up how and why I had evidence and for no other reason. Like I said as an owner Im more than entitled to put my opinions on here as you all are !

Kev - I am an owner as you said though based on british law, however I do have contacts of people who know Spanish law well which is a great help when trying to sort out issues

There is plenty of evidence available in the form of emails of the said businesses involved and copies of the contracts - I am currently advising someone involved in this as I am a solicitor. Im not prepared to share any of the details but as I said alot of this has already been stated in posts on here previously. Therefore they arent brave statements just ones of truth, which need to be dealt with to allow fair trading
