It's been a long time since my last post - but I've been busy behind the scene. Good to see our efforts paid off and watch dog reported the iregularities of PW cotracts.

With the housing market slowing in UK and Europe I really feel that,unlike 3 years ago when we were being sold HR there will be no capital growth. This is fine if you want a small apartment to use for yourself but I want a return.

1. Investors will dump property and reduce prices. I know of several who bought 3-4 and our financially stretched.

2. Rental yields will fall due to vast competition in the area not just PW

3. Vast majority of apartments are 1 bathroom and I with a family of four would want 2 bathrooms if renting (Hind site is a woderfull thing)

Anyway with this in mind I have worked with my legal team, broken my contract and received my funds back Ironically the euro has strenghrend against the pound and we were able to get more back than we paid. Call it our compensation.

I just need confirmation that these will not be completed by End of August so as I can then exercise my right to cancellation.

PW Customer services are implying that they will be available.

Just uploaded the latest pics of the apartments.

PW are refusing to return my funds as they say they are not in breach of their contract until the end of August. Do they really think they can build and fit out in 3 months. PW customer service is a joke !! I work in sales and if I treated my clients like this I would have no business left. Has anyone any idea how we could get this story into the paper so was we can shame PW and expose what they really are.
