No water heater was included. It was a suprise to us as well but we had a 50 litre one installed for €300.

Hi Clarkie

I drove down with the car full, some flatpack furniture from Ikea(UK) and all the kitchen bits + bedding etc. It actually saved us money & a lot of time sourcing everything locally. I was also lucky as during August the local furniture shops had their sales so managed to purchase beds, sofas & lighting at reasonalbe costs. (exchange rate is not as good as it was when we put down deposit)
Rapimuble & Conforama are very good and reasonably priced. 
By the way Ikea are opening a branch in Granada sometime next year. I believe its going to be close to Carrefour.

When do you plan to go out next?

Hi,

We completed in July and furnished it in August/September. Have only spent a couple of weekends there so far but it's great. Cogollos seems very quite at night and its a hard walk up the hill after a drink!!
The outside pool which is dirty was closed during September as there were huge storms and the gutters over flowed and drained into the pool. Don't think it will open again until next year.
I've been told the indoor pool will be open weekends only once more than 50% of the appartments have actually completed.

Shall be out there w/e 21 Nov. Maybe will see you around.
